The Cambridge Homestay accommodation service
is the authorised agent in introducing the student to the Homestay
family host. The contract is assumed as being between the student and the host. Both the student and the host family are entering freely into a Cambridge Homestay agreement.

The student is liable for any damage that they cause at the
host family home. |

Cambridge Homestay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses that result from the service. |

Cambridge Homestay shall not be liable for any loss, damage or misadventure you may suffer in the host family house, or elsewhere. |

All students are strongly advised to take out personal, medical and property insurance before
travelling abroad. Cambridge Homestay, its representatives and staff will not be liable for any loss, damages, illness or injuries to people or property; however these may occur unless such liability is legally imposed. It is the student’s responsibility to take out insurance against all such risks. EU students should obtain an E-111 form. |
