Student Information Cambridge Homestay

Cambridge Homestay Host Families provides the language Homestay Student with the opportunity to practice English away from the classroom, and importantly culture of living in England with a traditional family. Cambridge Homestay provides a safe environment, which in itself will help with your learning and speaking of the English Language.

You are staying as a family member and will be treated as one, joining with family meals wherever possible. It is here you will also learn the local news and what is happening in Cambridge England outside your language school environment. Joining the family for evenings and meals forges long lasting friendships.

All of our host families are met by the Accommodation Officer, not just to see the facilities offered by the Cambridge Host family but also to see i they share the right values of Homestay. All this before they are accepted to be Cambridge Family hosts. Students are invited to comment on their Homestay experience when they leave the host, this offers a constant feedback on the host families value and performance.

All of our hosts are located within a 8 mile radius to the Cambridge City centre which means that all students can either walk or take advantage of the very convenient cycle paths and public transport facilities. All travel should never take longer than 25 minutes.
